At Hickory Point RV Park, we believe in rate transparency. Our rates are based on competitive pricing and adjusted by season, occupancy, holidays, and area events. To help you plan your travels transparently, we publish our base rates, high-season ceilings, and included utility infrastructures below. Nightly Rates
Nightly pricing changes seasonally. Expect higher nightly rates during prime camping season from Mid-December through March. Expect lower nightly rates in Summer.
The Luxury Tier (Waterfront & Park View Sites)
Designed for travelers seeking true waterfront sites or views of the Anclote River and Gulf Coast.
- Included Site Types: Waterfront RV Sites and Park View Sites
- Nightly Price Range: $118-$205
- Best For: Guests with rigs of all sizes who want direct water access and views.
The Standard Tier (Premium & Pull-Through)
These sites offer a balance of utility, privacy, and beautiful resort landscaping.
- Included Site Types: Premium RV Sites and Pull-Through RV Sites
- Nightly Price Range: $84- $118
- Best For: Motorhomes, fifth-wheels, and travel trailers of all sizes.
Budget Tier (Value Sites)
Our standard full-hookup experience at our most accessible price point.
- Included Site Types: Value RV Sites
- Nightly Price Range: $65 – $100
- Best For: Budget-conscious campers, smaller rigs, or camper vans.
Monthly Rates
Looking to extend your stay? We offer monthly stays from April through December.
- Monthly Base Rate: Our monthly site rates start at $750 per, plus metered electric usage.

Standard Inclusions (Zero Hidden Fees) and Amenities
Every reservation at Hickory Point RV Park guarantees baseline access to park infrastructure and amenities. Your base rate locks in the following perks:
- Full Hookups: Dual 30-amp and 50-amp electric, water, and sewer at every RV site. Every site also includes a picnic table.
- Connectivity Setup: High-speed property-wide Wi-Fi access suitable for streaming and remote office needs.
- Satellite-Friendly Layouts: Open-sky layout properties that allow clear, unobstructed line-of-sight paths for guests traveling with private Starlink setups.
- Park Amenities: Unlimited access to the private beach, boat launch, fishing docks, community tiki hut and fire pit, dog park, kayaks, bathhouse, dump station, and fish-cleaning station.
- Sister Campground Amenities: Guests of Hickory Point RV Park have access to the pool and laundry facilities at the nearby Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA Holiday.
Booking Extras & Additional Fees
- Extra Occupants/Vehicles: Base nightly rates cover 4 adults, 4 kids, and 2 vehicles. Additional guests can be accommodated for $10/person.
- Pet Policies: We are a proudly pet-friendly community. Up to 2 domestic pets are welcome per site at no extra charge. We do not allow more than 2 pets.
- Electric: Guests with reservations of 7 days or more will be charged for electric.
- Boat slips: Boat slips are available to rent for $39/day and include free trailer storage. Boat slips are also available for monthly guests at $300 per month.
- Boat trailer storage: Boat trailer storage is free for guests renting boat slips. If guests are not renting boat slips, the fee is $20/day.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellation requests made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the deposit. The remaining 50% is credited toward a future stay. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival will result in a full refund less a $19.00 cancellation processing fee. Visit our FAQ page for more information.
