Are monthly stays available year-round?
We currently offer monthly stays between April and December.
Are pets allowed for long-term stays?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly park and welcome your furry family members.
Is electricity included in the monthly rate?
No. Electricity is metered separately and billed based on your usage per kilowatt-hour.
Can monthly guests rent the on-site boat slips?
Yes, we offer monthly boat slip rentals to monthly guests for an additional $300 per month.
Do you offer on-site boat trailer storage for monthly guests?
Yes, trailer storage is $20 per day. If you are renting a boat slip, the trailer storage fee is waived.
Do you accept monthly stays in the cabin?
Yes, based on availability. Call for more information.
What is the maximum monthly stay length?
You are welcome to stay for all months between April and December.
Do you fill propane tanks?
No, but removable tanks can be filled at Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA 7 miles down the road. Stationary tanks can be taken to Camping World on U.S Hwy 19.
Do you require a deposit for long-term stays?
Yes, we require a deposit of $500 for the site, plus a $3.50 reservation fee.
Do you allow sites to have additional guests for visits?
Yes, we ask that guests stop by the office and get a parking tag for the duration of their visit, and if the additional car cannot fit onsite, we ask that they park in the overflow parking area.
Can we have mail/packages delivered to the park?
Yes, you can use our address and add your name or site number in the attention line. All mail and/or packages will be kept in the front office until claimed during office hours.
